এখানে Fermion 4 Marketer দের সংখ্যা = 18

$\therefore$Fermion সহ Marketer দের সংখ্যা গড় = $\frac{258+18}{6}=\frac{276}{6}=46$

:There is currently a contentious argument over whether criminals should be imprisoned for committing murders instead of having a capital punishment. I totally agree that offenders ought t spend their lifetime in jails because the punishment of death for a crime does not deter crimes: people have no right to take another human life. 

The main reason why I believe that incarceration should be implemented for all sorts of crimes is an because the death penalty does not stop humans from committing offences. This is due to the fact that many criminals do not think they will be caught and sure that they are able to get away with it. As wel as this, executing prisoners often creates a savage culture, and so it may even boost crime rate. Another reason why I support the notion that killers have to be put behind bars is due to the fact that our society has no prerogative of committing homicide. This is because human life is valuable, and it must not be destroyed by the offender's bad conduct. 

In conclusion, I absolutely agree that even severe law violators are to be jailed. This is because death sentence is not likely to reduce crime rate, and any person has and inalienable right to life. Given this situation, it seems that the authorities should provide highly qualified rehabilitation for the accused giving them a chance to make a difference in their consecutive social life in the future and for the public to be certain that risks of repetitive offences are significantly decreased or even totally eliminated.

With due reverent I want to draw your attention to the fact that many industries along with other business have been badly affected in the COVID-19 pandemic. Many industries have been fully closed and others have been on the verge of the closure. My newly launched industry has also been affected during this time. My company was always smooth in paying regular installments before this crisis. As the sales of my company have reduced sharply and arrears from the buyers have been on the rise, it is being difficult for me to maintain regularity in paying your installments in the time. This is why I request for the extension of loan payment so that I can repay it readily. 

So, I therefore pray and hope that you would be kind to grant me the extension for 12 moths more to pay the loan and oblige me thereby.

= 2021 is the golden jubilee of our great liberation war. If we look back, it is sure that we have progressed a lot in that 50 years. Almost all the things including per capita income, roads and highways, buildings and urbanization, remittance earning, import-export, revenue and literacy rate have gone up. The use of technology has increased and the health service has also expedited. Expansion of private sector and an educated entrepreneur society have grown up. The story of rise of women in this country is mentionable comparing to the other equal-ranked countries. In the mean time, the journey of a new year is on. Many anticipate that Bangladesh will start its journey with new enthusiasm in the 50 years of independence.
